LED Tech and Sign Assembler

Install and wire various LED products, knowledge of advanced LED systems such as color-changing and programmable patterns is helpful. Final assembly of illuminated and non-illuminated signs after painting and prior to shipping/installation. Prepping of non-fabricated items such as hogged out letters and non-illuminated letters prior to painting.

Outbound Shipping Supervisor

Pull Work Orders to be shipped on a daily basis. Assigning work to shipping team. Monitor shipping team's productivity. Follow up with production team to verify jobs that are RTS (Ready to Ship) have been prepared to pack and ship that day. If a job falls off the list, work with General Manager to add other work that may be ready. File claims with carriers. Produce FedEx labels and carrier BOLs for daily shipments and adhere to the appropriate package or crate. Process daily shipping through Casper to create shipping report prior to the next day's production meeting. Prepare occasional and/or sporadic FedEx shipments. Verify all appropriate paperwork (from previous ship day) is compiled for WO and job jackets; provide completed shipping paperwork to purchasing; return jobs still waiting on production and/or buy outs back to general manager’s office.
