Router Department

Perform work that is in line with standards of sign fabrication process. Operation of router machines to cut lettering and designs into metal, wood and plastic. Job consists of 8-hour shifts and employee must stand for long periods of time and use arms and hands to reposition materials. The employee should be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds on his own.

Sign Installer

Must have strong mechanical ability, must be able to read and interpret site plans and shop drawings. Must have clean driving record and the ability to plan, organize and lay out work, set up and operate machinery such as crane equipment, bobcat, ladders and cutting tools. Must be able to work at heights (crane buckets). Some overnight travel is necessary (with advance notice). Installers must be able to obtain their OSHA crane certification and a CDL license within designated and/or reasonable time frames (company funded). Must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Job consists of minimum 8 hour shifts and employee is required to reach with arms and hands, climb up and down ladders.

Sign Fabricator

The ability to read and interpret drawings, plan and layout work, set up and operate machinery such as shears, brakes, rollers, horizontal band saws, etc. The ability to weld steel and aluminum products the ability to sand and prep signs prior to painting. Must be knowledgeable in various types of lighting such as LED, Fluorescent, Incandescent, Neon, etc. as used in the fabrication of signs. The ability to cut, bend and form sign parts along with the ability to lift or move up to 80 pounds. Job consists of 8 hour shifts and employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift and reach with hands and arms.
